Curbside pick-up of student items

Student materials have been  packed up and labeled. Families are invited to pick up their children’s materials during the following windows listed below. Although families can choose any pick-up time that works for them, below are suggested times listed by student last names.  Doing this may lessen congestion

Saturday, May 16, 10 AM – 2 PM (Last names A-E)

Monday, May 18, 10 AM – 2 PM (Last names F-L)

Tuesday, May 19, 10 AM – 2 PM (Last names M-R)

Wednesday, May 20, 4 PM – 7 PM (Last names S-Z)

Families should drive to school as if they were dropping off their child for school.  Cones will be set-up for this purpose.  Walk-up distribution is not available at this time. As families approach the school during these pick-up times, please pull forward all the way to the front and display a sign in your car window with the following information for EVERY student:

• Student first and last name
• Grade Level
• Teacher

For your safety and that of our staff, families shall NOT get out of their car when they arrive at school. Staff members will bring student items out to the car and place items directly in the trunk. If your child has books checked out from the school library that need to be returned, please place these items in your trunk before leaving your home. Staff members will collect these items from your trunk when you arrive at school. Kindergarten and 1st grade students can keep books through the rest of the school year from their teacher’s classroom library.
